Jassica filed complaint against Wishcare on Sep 4, 2025
I had ordered my products on sale from the official website. There was a discount for online payment so I went with that, my order was confirmed, it's been more than * days and there is no information on it. I contacted them on emails, calls, WhatsApp message and Instagram, no response. My *st time order was ok, i was happy, but when I ordered *nd time this issues happened.i don't know what to do, I lost my money. I request wishcare to work on their customer service or else they will loose customer trust.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
