Anand India - Product not worth it

Due to every now and then pop ups received on Facebook, once i decided to go for online shopping through this online shopping site. When i received the product it was not what i expected amounting for the value of ****/- rupees.
Later when i did the follow up with the customer care, i got to know that the amount can't be refunded. Nowhere during shopping it was mentioned. So later after the concern shown by the customer care associate we went for a mutual understanding decision of getting a credit note. i was allotted with the credit note and ask to do the shopping within an year for same amount.
The first time when i did the shopping was in December, **** and from that time i am taking the follow up. the products available on the shopping site provide are very costly, have gone through all...same product if we search on any other random or popular shopping site, the charges mentioned by anand shopping site are more than double. Every time when i call the customer care and ask them about the refund they clearly say ...they won't refund, even though i asked them to deduct some of the amount and credit rest of the amount as the products on there shopping site .
