Realme buds classic - Product not working within 2 months of purchase nd have 4 months warranty period pending I just need

I ordered the realme buds classic online from Flipkart. I placed the order on ** August **** and received the order on ** August ****. In that package I was received a bill and a warrant card in which it was mentioned that I have * months warranty period for this product. Now from last ** days it's creating alot of problem as left side of the earphones bud had Stopped working and very low voice is coming which is hardly audible. Due to this issue I m not able to concentrate on my online classes. I request for the quick and fast exchange of the product so that I can get back to my work properly. Thankyou
