Moglix delivered by delivery couries - Product not working properly

I am receive Surya crystal * automatic gas stove .Today i am checked product but they not working properly, then after i am call to moglix customer care and discuss with Mr.ankit customer care executive (Noida) today (TIME **:** pm) but your executive respone not positive . I am arrange concall Mr.Ankit and seller both but seller told me you send my product on my address and paid courrier charges one site, but why i am paid charges??? Becuase new product open today and not working properly so it os not my fault.
I am open my new product today and i am very disappointed with moglix service because nobody can support me .many time i am asking with seller and moglix employee - " you have not short out my issue so i am complain in consumer forum" - but they told me you can do anything

Seller give me another option is - check locally vendore and they provide repairing charges but amount not confirm same . very rudly behaviour with me .
