Aristo India - Product Not Working Properly

We got slider doors at our homes through Samrat Interiors. The sliders were installed by the company Aristo India. One of the sliders has stopped working and is touching the ground causing floor damage.
We raised the concern with Samrat as well as Aristo however both are trying to ignore the issue. It has been more than * months now and our issue is still the same.
Aristo team is asking to get in touch with Samrat (The mediator) and Samrat is not giving any proper answer hence we had to take this step.
