Redmi note 11 pro by mi - Product not working properly

hello I'm a long time MI user and I was so excited to by newly launched redmi note ** pro+ *g phone but, today I'm really disappointed when I found many problems in the product i am facing hanging issue after and after since *st week of buying this phone afterwards I had send this for to mi service centre they people had done software in it but still it wasn't working and for the second time i had done the same but mi service center are so careless when I got my phone after * times services i found scratches on the sceen! this was sooo disappointing and hence Guess what my phone issue isn't solved yet what to do now ?? i want replacement of the product pls help me and contact me soon as possible. THANK YOU.
