Umesh Biradar filed complaint against Clubfactory on May 27, 2020
I ordered Memory card of ***gb on **th Dec ****. After Some days the memory card is not working. So I complain to clubFactory through chat support they gave me some ticket number and issue will be resolved in * week.After *week again I complain that my issue not resolved then they told sorry for inconvenience caused will help you soon and gave other ticket number this is repeating but not resolving. At last I told give me a copy of bill to mail so that I can contact to the manufacturer (SanDisk) to replace the product even for this also same giving some ticket numbers but not resolving. Even I tried to contact them through mail no response. Pls help me in this.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
