I had paid an amount of INR **** on *th March **** to a person named Mohammad Ashraf Gadagkar on the pretext of buying a shoe rack against his ad posted on olx. He had promised to deliver the unit in ** days but upon failing to do so, he started providing excuses and finally till date neither has he supplied the product nor the refund. Also, he has now stopped answering my calls as well.
The only available details of this fraudster are his mobile number (****** *****) and his account details to which the amount was transferred. Below are the same:

Account No. ****************.
Bank Name: IDBI Bank.
IFSC Code: IBKL*******.
I am sure that I am not the only one who might be trapped in this as he is continuously posting new ads on Olx frequently.
I am sure you would understand the situation and help to nab the culprit and teach him a lesson so that such fraudsters don't make a mockery of the Indian law system ever again.
