The instagram account @shilpshaala advertises and promotes its products (handmade jewelry) on social media. They have a site shilpshaala.com but the payments fail there. I sent a message to the instagram account and a person called Krishna Rathi replied and asked me to make the payment through gpay to an account shilpshaala-*@ybl on **th Feb ****. I sent a screenshot of the transaction. After that there has been no confirmation email or message. He keeps replying with vague promises but does not ship the products or return my money. He keeps deleting comments where other customers say that this has happened with them. He has now switched off his phone and cannot be contacted. On instagram chat, he sends abusive messages when I comment on his posts to return my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
