I placed an order for a Tshirt on bootees.in on **th September, ****. Their website promises a *-* day delivery time. But even after a month the product was not even shipped. When i emailed them asking about the status of my product, they did not respond.
After a couple of more mails when i said i'll report them as fraud, they responded saying they have just started manufacturing and will ship the product in one more month.
At this point i asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount paid by me they sent me a confirmation of the same and assured that i'll get the refund in *-** working days.
It has been ** days but i still haven't recieved the refund and no useful response from them even after sending several mails.
I have spend a lot of time trying to resolving this issue and sending mails to bootees.in customer care but it looks like they are running an elaborate scam of taking orders from people but dont really have any product to deliver.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
