Sarf Communication Private Limited - product not serviced under warranty

I had purchased a refurbished Samsung mobile phone from Sarf Communication Private Limited (Seller) via Amazon on February **, ****. The item description explicitly stated "excellent condition with * months seller warranty." Additionally, I purchased an extended warranty for another * months and a protective cover from Amazon for enhanced safety.

Within a few months of purchase, specifically from May **, I began experiencing a flickering issue with the display. I took the mobile to Samsung Service on May **, where they confirmed the flickering issue and recommended a display replacement.

I attempted to register the issue on the Amazon App but was directed to contact the seller directly. On May **, I contacted the seller, who requested a video and images of the phone from all sides to assess for any possible physical damages. After their technician assessed the phone's condition, I was asked to courier the mobile to the provided address. The seller received the phone on June **.

Following continuously with them, on July *, the seller informed me that their technician had rejected the warranty due to a line appearing on the display around the camera, and that I will have to bear the repair charges.

I am shocked by this decision, as the phone was purchased at a premium cost through Amazon with a warranty. This entire process has caused significant mental stress, and I have incurred an overall cost of Rs **,***/- to date.
