Crazendemand.com - Product not same as described

I had ordered a saree from Crazendemand through their website. When the saree reached it was nothing like the one which was described in the website. I got a saree whose colour, pattern and material, everything was different. And it was not worthy of ****/- . I messaged them on WhatsApp asking to tell thr the procedure to return it. But, they didn't respond. They were seeing all my messages but not replying to even one. I couldn't have just returned the product because I didn't know if they would return the money or not. I even commented on their Facebook and Instagram page. But they deleted my comments. Their email id is useless. I called them phone, but they won't pick up. And most of the times their phone was switched off.
