Noise smartwatch - product not returned to noise company

i placed an order from noise of amount ****
after ** minutes there was a price drop in the same product i contacted with noise helpline & they suggested to refuse the said item on time of delivery.
following the same procedure ecom delivery agent forced to receive the item but it refused.
now ofd lock hasbeen applied for same item.
i wish it should be returned to noise & refund should be initiated immediately.
