I purchased ptron ear buds on June **** but it was not working after * week
ptron provided * year warranty as per ptron guidelines I had send my product ptron support team given address and attach courier receipt, invoice copy, and also mentioned other details and send it on date *nd July ****
as per ptron policy Product replacement will be done within ** working days but till
but after * month they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them till now I didn't receive my money Its already * month completed why ptron takes too much time to resolve an issue i was sended many mails but no response lots of people face same situation I request u to please into this matter
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
