Black Cotton Embroidered Tunic - color: Black, Size: XXXL is reversed on Sep. **, **** at *:** pm.
It was said that the refund of the amount *** INR will be soon deposited in your account from which the payment was done.
Till the date after calling their customer care no. thrice they have not refunded money back to me.
The call center attendant was blaming on the delivery partner (Blue Dart).
Today i have called a person who collected my parcel and it has been confirmed from the courier side that the parcel is returned.
I am waiting for my money to be deposited in my account as the Cilory people said.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
