Trimmo online - Product not received

I have ordered a trimmer on * sep.**** on trimmo online but still i have not received and i also paid it by netbanking rs ***/-. i have tried many times but mail was bounced back from trimmo.
then i again ordered a watch on trimmo then a customer care call me and i talk with my previous orderd then she said me to provide her details, i give her detail on msg, after that she not received my calls.
please help me on this
