I had placed order for men's shoes at aldrado.com, I made online payment through Paytm which was received by Radha Creations on December **, **** at **:**. I also received a message that your order will be delivered shortly but I haven't received it yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
