Ordered clothes and paid for the same from their insta account on **th october ****, received order confirmation on the same day.
asked for the tracking details, no proper response was given(the reply i have received everytime is - okay wait - after calling several times on whatsapp and instagram). the phone number is switched off.
asked for a refund too, haven't seen the messages i sent.
