www.buyfree.in - Product not received and refund not received

I ordered a whirlpool * star double door *** litre fridge from www.buyfree.in. I was promised my product would reach the destination on **th september. However, I have never received the product. I have filed a police complaint in this regard too. I was told that shipment was on its way but I was never given a confirmation of shipment. Till date I have not received my money. These two men named Prashant (**********) and Sai (**********) from Buyfree.in are frauds. I was asked to come to New Delhi to check a shipment by some other transport guy. But I was showed an old and broken LG fridge and the shipment receipt was not in my name. The transport guy named Chander Bhan (**********) of Paramount transport (Mahipalpur, New Delhi) started threatening me and too Rs. **** from me. Please help
