Green pharma - Product not received

I ordered for ** N** masks on ** March **** but till date haven't received the same.. I tried to get in touch with the seller (Green Pharma) multiple times on their registered email but no response from their end as well. Now I am seeking the refund of full amount since I am vacating the place where the product was supposed to reach( order destination)
