One shop deal - Product not received

This is to bring to your notice that the product was bought on *th December ****. There has been no intimation of the product being dispatched. I have made * calls and sent a mail to them. They do not bother to reply to the mail. Neither do they return the call. All they say is "Give us ** hours and we will get back. " However there is no call back. The only answer one gets is we are processing and now it will take ** days for the product to reach since it is an international consignment. There is no tracking details and they say the product is being sent unregistered.
