Digital weight machine - Product not receive Refund my amount

I order the digital weight machine on **th June **** but till date item not delivered, payment already done Rs. ***/ i try to lodge the complainant but not responded, try to cancel the item but options not available, so plz take necessary action.,and cancel the item..and also please refund my amount. I call on customer care number but no response from your site. Very bad service...
