My product BOAT STORM CALL * PLUS -Smartwatch was actually clamied for warranty on **/**/**** and product was picked up and delivered on Boat service centre by courier partner on **/**/**** and they rejected my warranty claim and sented back the product claiming no issue,but the watch had trouble connecting with smartphone.However on **/**/****/* the rejected and sented back the product through the service courier partner BLUEDART.Even after **days the product is not reached my home or neither there is no update about the product.Tried calling service centre but poor response from the computerized call and didn't fix my issue at call.
I need my product or ₹**** ra that i spended on the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
