I had placed an order for BharatPe swipe machine on *th July **** and got it delivered on *th July ****.
According to the company policy the swipe machine was refundable if the customer didn't like the featured of the machine.
I requested the company on *th july to pick up the machine and provide me the refund. I had contacted their customer support more the ** time but they didn't resolve the issue. As per the company policy the pick up should be done within *days but it had been more than a month and the swipe machine is still not picked up nor got refund. Lot of other people are facing the same issue.
Please help.
