mtcgame com - Product Not Given after Purchased

I bought a product from the site called MTCgame.com where you can buy in-game diamonds etc. So I paid the sum of amount for the given product and they told me to wait for ** minutes so I waited, then they told me again to wait for ** hours that also I waited. But now the blocked me, I have not receive the product and instead I can't contact them anymore. I paid the amount through Gpay and the amount was deducted too but they still refuse and said that you payment isn't confirmed, I waited for ** hours and still they said payment is not comfirmed, then they never reply nor contact. They totally ghosted me.
