I have purchased mobile phone on rbl rewards portal with points and ***** in money from Rbl bank. Its been ** days, they didnt even delivered or shipped. So they are making fool out of me. I have mailed ** times, still they are not responding. So please help me file the complaint. I m filing complaint here because i am hearing impaired. So please help me. I will not accept any calls because i cant speak on phone. If u have any details please mail or whatsapp to my number
