I ordered a saree from this website https://styleguru.shop/collections/designer-saree on **th October **** having order id ****. It was a prepaid order as the company is not accepting cash on delivery due to COVID** situation. After payment I received an email saying that I will receive a confirmation message and order number in a short while. However, till date neither I received any order number nor any tracking number. There is no contact number mentioned on the website so that the customer can contact the company. Also, the company is not replying to any emails dropped from our end.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
