Kumuda entreprise - Product not delivered

I was enquiring about egg suppliers on indiamart. I was getting calls and messages related to that on daily basis. However on a day I got a whatsapp meesage from a company called khote entreprise now changed to kumuda entreprise they told me they will offer egg on *.* rupees per egg with delivery I liked their offer and made the first payment of ***** than I told them I will pay the remaining at the time of delivery. But they said we cant release the delivery until full payment is made. In order to hurry the delivery process I paid the remaining which completes ***** rupees. But than after recieving the money in the bank account they blocked me and did not deliver anything of a week now. I want to file a case against India Mart and khote entreprise which is now using a name of kumuda entreprise they are completely fraud
