My earphones had a distorted sound so I needed them to be replaced. I registered a complaint with boat and my faulty earphones were picked up on ** September,****. Its October **,**** as of today but I still didn't receive my product. The customer care number does not work. It always becomes silent after some time. I emailed them still no response. I don't get any updates regarding the delivery. I am very disappointed.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
