I was offered a deal to buy a branded phone on a discounted price. I paid **** IN to the vendor, against which hd assured delivery after ** days. After ** days on the expected delivery date, the seller blocked me from all the social platforms. He did not shared his contact info on which he could be reached out. Please help me get a refund from that fraud.
