Shopclues. Com - Product not delivered

I had place an order online of an HP LaserJet printers cartridge with shopclues on **th May ****. It was expected to be delivered maximum by * June **** but it wasn't delivered. So I waited to collect the same on *th June **** but was not received even then. So I decided to contact the employees at Shopclues in concern of my problem but was not provided with any help. So I contacted them again for filing a complaint on *th June ****. But no one helped even then and I was just forwarded a message which lead me to the tracking details. But when I asked them what do I track the product has not been shipped even.No response.Following all this I again contacted a person on **th June who did not respond back as I explained him the whole situation. Because of all this my kids are facing a lot of problem because there online classes and test are being conducted due to the coronavirus crisis for which they need the study materials. But since we don't have the cartridge of the printer their studies are being hampered. This was my first experience with Shopclues and was really bad. I had put my complete face on them but now I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them to lose their money. I have already sought out a lot of ways to get the product delivered but nothing helped. This is my last attempt for the same.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
