Nafa.in - product not delivered

Hi my name is siva, few days back i'm looking for purchased to book my show gift card. In that process, i've seen nafa.in website. At the time of looking that website, I believed it's a genuine website. Till now I didn't face any issues in the Internet. So because of that, I believed and ordered *** rs/- worth of book my show gift card by paying *** Rs/- . On that time, I'm thinking wow ** rs/- of like that. Because we've seen no.of times amazon also provides ** to **% Off on Book my show giftcards, due to that I believed them. Because for *** rs/- they're giving only **%off so it's usually we believe it's genuine price. So that's why I purchased. But I've waited nearly one week, but still I didn't get any responds from them. There is no call support, they provided only customer support e-mail address. Through that I've contacted them, but they didn't respond my e-mails. I've attached all the screenshots above, you can check it. I don't have any idea till now, how to give complaints against these fraud websites. So finally somewhere I got this website, to register online frauds. So I came here, and submitted all the relevant proofs and made a complaint against them. Don't think it's just matter of *** Rs/-. They cheated so many people, everyone purchased some giftcards at their website, but they didn't give. Just check at internet. You can find no.of complaints against them. So please take up this case as a serious issue. There are no.of victims suffered by this website.
