United sales - Product not delivered

I saw a promotion of vivo v** phone in Instagram. Which is showing a Christmas offer the price of phone was **** I clicked that link and that link direct me to paytm and I did payment by paytm to United sales.
After some time I received a msg showing phone is out of stock and we will refund your amount in your paytm wallet. The date was ** December. Still I don't received any refund . Please help me to get the return asap.
