I was to get my product on or before **st march ****. I was sure that the delivery will not be possible. For this reason I called them many times from **th Oct to *st Nov to take necessary step so that I may get the same. But they ignored. I called them again and again but I failed to get my product.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
