Hunkyshop - Product not delivered

we have placed an Order: FSGVNUBSR on **/**/**** **:**:** with Hunkyshop.com for a product of Xiaomi Redmi Note * (Gold, ** GB) (* GB RAM).
I was trying to reach on their mobile number "**********" several times, but no use, no one answered my calls. Finally, I was traveled to Chennai to locate the address of the organisation several times, but no use. No one aware of this office. In view of the above, I am filing this case to resolve my problem. The copy of invoice issued by the Hunkyshop.com is enclosed for ready reference.
