I ordered a dress from this designer on Aug *th. They said it might take ** working days to fulfill my order. I didn’t get the product till now. I tried contacting them. Once they answered my call and said their is a delay. I asked them to cancel my order and issue refund. But they are neither sending the product nor refunding.Now they are not answering my calls or emails in this regard.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
