Humpteedumptee.in - Product not delivered

I made the purchase on the **th of April by paying online. I had also paid extra for express delivery so that the order could be delivered within * days of placing the order. The order has not been delivered. Also, the customer service team has not responded at all despite following up multiple times on emails and on chat. I have paid extra for express delivery and also for the product and the contract has been breached on both counts. Also, I had ordered this for my anniversary and the non-delivery of the product has led to a lot of embarrassment and frustration.
