Great Eastern trading company - Product not delivered

My refrigerator being dead on **/*/**.Consequently I purchased another one from Great Esstern Trading Company on **/*/**.I paid them fully.But till now they can not deliver the product. I asked about the delay, but they keep silence regarding let me know the status of my purchased refrigerator. The food and medicines all are Rotten in this gaping period.Please do the needful from your end and make them compensate my loss of products.
