A t store - Product not delivered

I had ordered a product on *th aug which was shown delivered on **th aug in meesho app, however i did not receive the product. Next day itself i was trying to log complaint however the customer service agent said that they had some issue logging complaint in their system and asked me to call after sometime. The complaint was then logged on **th aug, however now when i call the CS they deny refund saying that i did not log complaint within **hrs, hence they cannot process my refund nor can deliver the product
