Flipcart - Product not delivered

Swamimalai Ramamurthi Sundar filed complaint against Flipcart on Feb 26, 2022

I had purchased K* Security * PC Infiniti Lifetime Validity Ultimate Security (Email Delivery - No CD) (Standard Edition) from flipcart online store for Rs.*,*** on **-**-**. They were supposed to e-mail me the product key for the above software. I am yet to receive the product key in spite of my several requests and reminders. There is no sign of any delivery.

Since the product is yet to be delivered it is only fair Flipcart gives me a full refund. I had requested for the refund several times but again Flipcart keeps buying time and keep telling they will resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service of Flipcart and concerned I may never get the product key or the refund. Hence seeking your help.
