Payshopbazar - Product not delivered

I got call from the executive on **/**/** regarding the offer for me, he told me that i had purchased toy gun from paytm which was supplied by them and they are talking from paytm subsidiary merchant, and i am choosen lucky customer, for that day i have to purchase anything more than ****₹ from paytm to get benefits of offer
so, i choosed skybags strolley bag of ₹ ****/- and then the executive said that you directly pay amount on our wallet and send me whatsapp no. ********** to get qr code of company, then they send me milan communication code and i paid through paytm wallet on that qr code but name displayed sangeet kumar, so i asked why so but they told it's account of our owner, you don't get afraid.
on that continued call i paid amount and they told that they are sending order details on email .
on next day i had a call from lady executive and she said that you are lucky customer and you won ****** ₹ cash prize along with my order and assured gift of dell laptop.
but i realise that i'm been cheated so told to refund my amount, she transferred my call to male executive who said that you will receive your product and we are sending order details to you, tracking number and dispatch id.and once you receive this and does not like product than replace it, you will get refund in ** days but still no response
