Meesho App Abhisarika pretty - Product not delivered

Hi I had ordered Kurti from meesho on ** of July n on ** evening I got message stating that your kurtis have been delivered but it was not delivered delivery guy gave false messages infact I didn't even got a call or OTP from meesho app n very next dae to clarify I called customer care executive on ** they told me madam u wait for * -* days u will get a refund I waited after that I called again n told them every day they kept on telling me u I'll get resolution by night n told madam we have highlighted ur complaint I have complaint no.that is ******* my order id is ********** till today Iif I call they keep on giving me execuses I asked them atleast u reorder my product but they say no we cannot do that I had made made online payment of ***
