Haptik inc - Product not delivered

I had placed an order of "PowerXcel *****mAh High Capacity Power Bank" costing Rs **** on January ** and I was told that product will be delivered on or before **th Jan but till today it has not been delivered and every time they give some kind of excuses. It's been more than ** days and I'm yet to get my ordered product. I requested them to cancel my order but they don't even bother to cancel it. It is a mobile app and they don't have any customer care number. After lot of conversations using their chat options, I could able to get the Mobile number(Sodhan-**********) of one person who also started giving the same excuses. Now I'm left only with to file a case against this company as they are neither interested in delivering the product nor returning the money. Hence request your help in this regard. detail of Company is given below
