Good luck sales - Product not delivered

I would like to draw your attention to an incident,Sir/madam I live in paliganj (Patna)and power cut(electricity) is normal here. So I and my family decided to buy an inverter(battery).I thought to purchase it through e commerce thinking that it will contribute in digital india and also due to covid guidelines.So I searched on Google buy luminous inverter (battery) and I opened the first website which comes on top named good luck sales.com
So I went through it and purchased on **st may by using credit card of SBI through pay u (payment partner) .On ** may I tried to contact customer care executive but the number was going busy. And in the morning of **th website is also deleted from Google .Now I am sure that good luck sales.com cheated me not only me there are many people who were cheated by good luck sales.
Dear sir ,now I request you to kindly look into this matter because I belong to a middle class family and **,*** is big amount for me and I don't to loose it .First time I tried to buy something through e commerce and I am cheated how you think I am going to trust digital marketing.
I am in that situation in which I don't know what to do. .I will provide you required transaction details regarding good luck sales.com . You are the last hope for me
