instagram - Product not delivered

My order was placed on *.**.**** and I have shared the screen shot of making the payment with the seller. I have been waiting for the products from then on. No reply to my msgs and calls from this number +** ***** ***** I have been asking for courier details, which is not shared. The most annoying thing is no response for this long time, where as I still find them posting on Instagram. No option to comment on their pages.
