But till now I am not getting any satisfactory reply from them; whenever I ask for the details they tell me that I will get it within three days but there is no end of their such reply of three (*) days; **** gone **** is running by the date of January **th; yet they reply me that your order has been updated to the following status:

Now when I keep contact with them; I can't get any clear perception regarding my order and my inquiry till date (**th Jan' ****).
Now they are not giving my money (Rs. ****) back nor my product; even they are not attending any call and not giving any information.
Hence due to their fraudulence I have lost my work (DTP) from customers by giving them wrong commitment depending on their service; which is nearly * (Six) thousand to *(Seven) thousand per month.
