I ordered * products (Mobile Covers) on November **th from aliflailaa.com. Out of that * were okay. But * product was sent wrong. I contacted the seller and got a replacement of the product I actually ordered. Then the replacement product was of the worst quality. So I contacted the seller once again via Email, Calls, and Whatsapp. He asked me to record a video and send... So I recorded the damages on the cover and sent them to the seller... He viewed the same and confirmed on **th December that he will provide me a replacement with a good product. But after that he never responded to my Emails or Calls or Whatsapp messages. And even if he attends the call, he disconnects it as soon as he gets my Order number and later never picks up the call.

I need my money back or a replacement.

Kindly help me out.
