We were searching for washing machine, and the model we choose was not available at that time, and we were told by Modern sales Chandigarh to make payment and they will deliver within *-* days. Payment was made on **, ****.
Its more then ** days. After consistent persuading LG for my machine, the dealer finally responded that he is willing to send the machine with costing of transportation. This is very astonishing borderline unethical that after causing so much trouble and all the transportation i have suffered through to beg for my machine that i have availed an EMI on.
Finally comes a response that is again greedy and not consumer friendly.
