I would like to file a complaint regarding an issue with my online purchase from IndianBikeSpares.com.

I placed two orders on ** February ****, but there is a discrepancy in my account and the delivery is also being delayed.

The details are as follows:

Despite the payment being successfully made, the seller has not dispatched the products and there is a delay in delivery since the order date. I am concerned about the missing order record and the delay in dispatch.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and direct the seller to:

Verify the payment and order details.

Update the missing order in my account.

Dispatch all the ordered products at the earliest possible time.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
