Swag Trading - Product not delivered then after canceling money not refunded

I ordered an inverter battery setup from Swag Trading online on **-April-****. Before placing the order I checked with them on the WhatsApp number provided on their website about the availability and if they deliver the same to the address in Mohali. I was told the shipment will take **-** days max to arrive. I placed the order and paid in full an amount of **,*** INR through UPI.
On **-*-** I checked with them on the same WhatsApp number again about the shipping status, I was told that the shipment was moved on **th April **** and should reach me by **-**th May ****.
On **-May-** still, the shipment not arrived so I checked with them again on the same WhatsApp number. this time they asked me to check with their IRD department by dropping them a message on another WhatsApp number provided on their website.
Dropped messages on that number, no reply from them.
I kept checking with them and finally, on **-May-** someone responded from their side. This time they came back with another story, that "the product is not shipped to your address, so we request you to cancel your booking. And once it is canceled, the refund will get processed in * to * days". I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They confirmed that the cooking has been canceled.
Even after * weeks, no refund was received.
On *th June ****, contacted the same IRD department. They requested me to share my UPI ID so that they can initiate refund within **-** business hours. I shared my UPI ID and waited.
No refund, Contacted them on *th June ****, no reply.
Contacted again on *th June **** - They again asking for **-** hrs.No Refund
**th-Jun-**** - Got a reply that we are working on it, soon you will get it in the next ** hrs.
**-June-**** - Contacted them but no reply from their side.
